Project goals

The goal of developing the Nexum platform was to proactively identify conflicts of interest and reduce legal, regulatory, and reputational risks before engagements begin.
Problem

Manual conflict checks are slow, fragmented, and prone to missing hidden or indirect relationships.

Solution

The solution was to aggregate multi-source data, enrich it through structured analysis, and apply graph-based modeling to detect and visualize both explicit and implicit relationships.
