Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing user-centered design and successful outcomes;
• Experience in developing and implementing user interfaces;
• A deep understanding of typography: knowledge of font principles, the ability to select and combine fonts to ensure readability and aesthetic appeal in design;
• An excellent sense of layout, general design principles and attention to detail;
• Skilled in using tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator), InVision/Marvel, Principle;
• Strong design, drawing, color, composition, and conceptual ideation abilities;
• Knowledgeable about web, mobile, and cross-platform standards;
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and experience collaborating with front-end developers;
• Ability to translate user research into actionable design decisions;
• Effective communication and collaboration skills (at least B1 English).

Responsibilities:

•  Design and prototype user-centered interfaces focused on usability and accessibility;
•  Develop comprehensive brand concepts, including logos and corporate identities;
•  Develop user personas, journey maps, and other essential UX artifacts to guide design decisions;
• Make sure the user interface looks consistent across the platform for a smooth and unified experience;
•  Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for scalability;
•  Create adaptive designs tailored for multiple formats (desktop, mobile devices, print);
•  Work closely with developers to bring designs to life while maintaining the UX vision.
