Middle / Senior AI Developer

We are looking for a Middle/Senior AI Developer to join our in-house team on a full-time basis.

This is not a project-based position — we are expanding our internal AI expertise and looking for a strong specialist who is ready to grow with the company, contribute to various AI initiatives, and help us build intelligent solutions across different domains.

About the Role

You will work on AI-driven solutions, research and implement modern AI/ML approaches, and collaborate closely with the backend team to build scalable, production-ready systems.

We are looking for someone who combines strong backend engineering skills with solid AI/ML expertise and is open to continuous learning in the fast-evolving AI landscape.

Requirements

– 4+ years of commercial development experience

– Experience delivering production-ready backend systems

– Experience working with AI/ML solutions in real-world applications

Technical Skills

– Strong Python skills

– Experience with Django / FastAPI / Flask

– Understanding of API design and backend architecture

– Practical experience with AI/ML technologies

– Prompt engineering

– Computer vision

– Voice recognition / speech-to-text solutions

– Experience integrating LLM APIs is a plus

Other

– Upper-Intermediate+ English (spoken and written)

– Strong problem-solving skills

– Ability to work independently in a remote environment
