Project goals

The goal was to build an AI voice receptionist capable of reliably handling inbound and outbound business calls without human involvement. Aizen was designed to ensure 24/7 availability, eliminate missed opportunities, and reduce dependency on costly front-desk and support staff. At the same time, the system needed to integrate seamlessly with existing CRMs, calendars, and telephony infrastructure, while remaining scalable, secure, and ready for real-world business use across multiple industries.

Problem

Service businesses rely heavily on phone calls, yet most inbound calls are missed during off-hours, peak workloads, or meetings. Hiring and maintaining skilled receptionists or call center staff is expensive, time-consuming, and difficult to scale, especially across time zones and languages. As a result, leads are lost, appointments are delayed, and operational costs increase, while many calls still require only basic qualification, scheduling, or information delivery.

Solution

We built Aizen as an AI-powered voice agent that answers calls in real time, understands intent, qualifies leads, books appointments, and routes inquiries automatically. Integrated with CRM systems, calendars, and telephony providers, Aizen handles both inbound and outbound calls end to end. The system maintains consistent, professional communication, captures accurate call data, and ensures businesses stay available around the clock without relying on human reception or support teams.
