We are a service-based IT company with a team of over 150 developers, designers, QAs, and PMs. Our clients operate in SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, healthcare, logistics, and other domains. We are looking for a strong Lead Generation Manager who can build a predictable flow of qualified leads and operate as part of our growth engine.
What you will do
1. Lead generation with a strong focus on quality
– Search and identify target contacts on LinkedIn, through email outreach, Upwork, and other channels
– Work with ICP and buyer personas for different company directions
-Build and test outreach messaging hypotheses
2. Launch and optimization of outreach campaigns
-Set up multi-step sequences (LinkedIn plus email)
-Perform A/B testing of messaging
-Monitor delivery rate, open rate, reply rate, and conversion to call
3. CRM and analytics management
-Maintain and manage leads in our CRM system (GoHighLevel)
-Prepare regular reports on key metrics
-Participate in forecasting of the sales pipeline
4. Collaboration with the sales team
-Handover of warmed-up leads into the sales funnel
-Joint work on improving ICPs, scripts, and messaging
-Analyze sales feedback to improve lead qualification
What we expect
At least 1 year of experience in lead generation
-Understanding of outbound processes (LinkedIn, email outreach, Upwork)
-Ability to work with CRM systems and outreach automation tools
-Strong written English (B2 or higher)
-Analytical mindset and ability to manage priorities independently
-Interest in hypothesis testing and a structured approach to prospecting
Nice to have
Experience in outstaff or outsourcing IT sales
Familiarity with Apollo, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Understanding of technical stacks (JavaScript, Python, mobile, QA, DevOps)
